All orders are being packed, processed and shipped during participating shopping malls opening hours, within 1-2 business days, Monday-Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
Orders placed after hours, on the weekends and holidays, will be processed and shipped within the following 1-2 business days.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
You will see final shipping rates and charges at the end of the checkout process. There might be promotions running from time to time offering discounted or free shipping. Dropit and Primarché can add or remove promotions like this at any time and without any prior notice.

We currently do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When you place your order, you will receive an email notification from us which will include order confirmation and a link to check the status of your order.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification and/or text message from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We currently do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes.
